I finally made it to Prague. A city I’d wanted to visit for years – and somehow it felt familiar right away. I spent a few spring days wandering through narrow streets, across old bridges, and along the river, always with my camera ready. :-)

There was something special about the mix of grand architecture, soft light, and quiet corners. I didn’t have a plan – just time to explore, shoot, and soak it all in. This little blog is a mix of moments, moods, and photos I brought back from this beautiful city.

I crossed the Charles Bridge more times than I can count. Early in the morning, when it’s still quiet and the stones are glowing in the soft light. In the evening, when the sky turns blue and the lamps come on.

Each time felt different. Sometimes I just stood still and watched people pass. Other times I waited for the light to hit just right. It's touristy, yes – but somehow still full of charm. And always worth one more photo.

One of the best things to do in Prague? Walk uphill. Somewhere between the castle and the monastery I found my favorite views – rooftops, spires, bridges, and light. Especially just before sunset.

The castle itself is impressive, but I liked the quiet paths around it even more. The kind of places where you sit for a second, breathe in the air, and feel far from everything. I love cities that are full of movement – and Prague is one of them. Trams going by, shadows on old walls, golden light hitting something just right. Sometimes I’d stop for a coffee and just watch the world happen.

And then there are those little details: the spinning Kafka head, the weird horse sculpture, reflections in windows or puddles. Not things I searched for – just things I noticed along the way.

Evenings in Prague are something else. Warm light, long shadows, the hum of the city slowing down. I liked walking without direction – sometimes landing by the river, sometimes in a quiet courtyard, sometimes at a bar.

There’s something about that moment when the day fades and the lights come on. I always try to capture it – but it never feels the same in the photo. Still, I try.

That was my Prague. Just a few days – but full of light, texture, and things I didn’t expect. I came back with tired feet, a full camera, and a calm mind. I will definetly come back.
